More than a little TLC
Transform Lives Company offers person-focused life-changing developmental support. Their award-winning programmes lead the sector thanks to a host of incredible partners and volunteers.
And while the evidence of their work marks them out as pioneering and dynamic, their brand communications was not telling this same story. Their narrative and messaging was getting lost in the language of their sector, and their brand identity lacked genuine distinctiveness.
A ball of fire
Set up by Tracy Fishwick OBE, Transform Lives Company has pioneered a life-changing support programme in the north west of England to support people to find employment that works for them. Tracy and her amazing team are a force to be reckoned with; their work makes a difference, winning hearts and minds, and awards.
We didn’t take their word for it though. We heard from people whose lives they’ve transformed. People who had been out of the workplace for a long time and desperately looking to boost their confidence and basic skills. We spoke to partners, from universities to football clubs, museums to local businesses, offering great learning environments and volunteering opportunities.
Our role was simply to help tell this story verbally and visually, stripping out all the developmental language of the sector to reach out to other organisations looking to provide meaningful support to their community.

We sharpened their storytelling, refreshed their identity with upbeat colours, clean, accessible fonts and designed a new website showcasing some of the incredible stories of volunteers and people that have been supported by TLC’s programmes.”
